Refund policy

Refund policy Damaged Products:

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us via the chat widget within 5 business days of delivery. We are committed to providing high-quality products. If an item arrives damaged, we typically offer a refund or replacement option to ensure customer satisfaction. 

Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or alterations made by the customer are not covered under this clause.

Returns:

Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your date of order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund for a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any unauthorised returns. Please contact us to initiate a return.

Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Order shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping items over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7 working days.

Late or missing refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please use the 'Need Help?' widget to contact us.

Exchanges:

Unfortunately, we do not offer an exchange service. You may return your original order (subject to the requirements above) for a refund and place a new order for a replacement product. You will be responsible for paying the new price for purchase and delivery of the replacement product.

Damaged Packaging:

If the packaging of a product arrives damaged but the product inside is in good condition, we do not offer a full refund or an exchange.

For minor cosmetic damage to the packaging that does not affect the product, we may offer a partial refund or a discount as a gesture of goodwill.

In cases where the damaged packaging is important to the customer (e.g. gifts), we may offer to send a replacement packaging (if available) rather than providing a partial goodwill refund. This does not apply where packaging is purely protective and not a part of the product presentation. We cannot guarantee that replacement packaging will arrive by a specific date, especially if the item is intended as a gift.
